Who Can Enter

1. Contestant must be engaged to be married in 2007 or 2008.

2. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the WNLO viewing area.

3. Employees and Members of Buffalo Bridal Association and their immediate family members are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, grandchildren and the fiancé of the immediate family member.

How to Enter

1. Contest requires an entry form.

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per contestant.

(b) To enter, contestant must go online at www.BuffaloBridalAssociation.com and fill out the entry form. Contestant can double their chances of winning by filling out an entry form at the Timberlodge Restaurant at Arrowhead Golf Club 12292 Clarence Center Road, Akron, NY. There you’ll fill out your name, address, phone number, email address and wedding date. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.

(c) The contest starts October 8, 2006, and all entries must be received by Buffalo Bridal Association by April 1, 2007.

(d) One winner will be selected by random drawing among correct entries.

(e) All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Buffalo Bridal Association.

The Prize

1. One winner will be selected. The winner will receive $2,000.00 in Buffalo Bridal Association (BBA) Bucks. Bucks can be redeemed at any eligible Buffalo Bridal Association member location.

2. Winner will be notified by phone. Winner must appear at Buffalo Bridal Association headquarters at 2727 Harlem Road, Cheektowaga, 14225 to sign a release and affidavit of eligibility. Winner must show picture identification to claim prize. The BBA reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

3. If winner does not timely appear to sign the release and affidavit of eligibility, then the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

4. There will be no substitutions, or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Buffalo Bridal Association. No transfer or assignment of prize is allowed.

5. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prize based on the value of the prize as set forth in these rules.

6. Buffalo Bridal Association is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize with members.

7. In claiming the prize, you acknowledge that Buffalo Bridal Association has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, video or voice and the fact that you are a winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Miscellaneous

1. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Buffalo Bridal Association accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize awarded.

2. Buffalo Bridal Association cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prize, or contest information.

3. Buffalo Bridal Association reserves the right to allow its members to contact entrants for promotional purposes.

4. Buffalo Bridal Association reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
